摘要
采用静态浸泡法测定了环氧粉末涂料与酚醛改性环氧粉末涂料自由涂膜在90℃蒸馏水和不同浓度的酸性、中性和碱性电解质溶液中的增重动力学曲线,研究了介质传输行为与涂膜成分和结构的关系以及介质浓度对传输行为的影响。结果表明:水分子在涂膜中的传输能力受涂膜交联状况的影响;酚醛改性环氧树脂涂膜,由于体系交联结构的改善,水分子在其中传输能力降低;不同成分的介质在涂膜中的传输能力与其种类及浓度有关;不与涂膜发生反应的介质,随介质浓度增加,介质吸入量降低,而能与涂胶发生反应的介质,其浓度高时介质吸入量大。
The kinestic curves of weight gain of epoxy powder coating and its modified coating by phenolic resin in H2O as well as in different concentration of acidic, neutral and basic solutions at 90℃ were measured by static immersion test. The relation between transport process of medium with composition and structure of coatings, and the effect of concentration of medium on transport behavior were studied. Results showed that the transport behavior of H2O molecular determined by cross-linked structure of the coating.In the epoxy coating modified by phenolic resin, the permeability of H2O molecular was decreased because of the cross-linked structure of the film improvement. The transport capacity of different kinds of media was determined by characteristics and concentration of medium. If medium didn't react with the film, the absorption of medium in the film decreased with increasing of concentration. But when medium reacted with the film, the absorption of medium increased with increasing of concentration.
