我国高校高水平运动队竞技人才培养中存在问题的分析

Analysis of the Problem Exist in Nurturing the Talents of High-Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges in China

我国高校高水平运动队试办二十我年来取得显著成绩,但在培养高水平运动人才上效果甚微,通过对现状进行剖析,认为生源结构不合理、教练员水平、训练缺乏系统性和短期行为、训练经费不足、竞赛机制不健全等是我国高校高水平运动队竞技人才培养中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出相应的改革建议。

Universities and colleges in China have made a impressive progress on running high- leverl sports teams in 20 years, but not in the part of high- level sports talents, through the research of nowadays situation, we figure out the main problem of the high- level talents in sports team is： irrational of students structure, the level of the coach, lacking of systematic training and money, and competition mechanism is not sound. To solve these problems, we have raised the suggetion of revolution.
