摘要
采用自蔓延铝热-熔覆法制备陶瓷内衬复合钢管，这种复合钢管具有良好的综合性能。研究了陶瓷层与钢管的结合机理和陶瓷层的相结构。通过对Al-Fe2O3系自蔓延燃烧过程的分析得知，扩散燃烧机制为反应过程的主要作用机制。
The ceramic-lined steel pipe was produced by SHS gravitative-thermit method. This pipe had good comprehensive performances. The combination mechanism of ceramic layer with metal was studied.It was considered through theoretical analysis of self-propagation combusion process of Al-Fe2O3 system that it was mainly mechanism of diffusion combusion in reaction process.
