摘要
介绍绕线机的工作状况及对电气控制的要求,给出系统工作示意图及电气控制原理图,详细说明正弦变频器的配置和参数设定,并对调试中关键参数的设定进行分析。实践表明该系统配置简单,设定方便,运行可靠。
To introduce work situation of rewinder and the requirement to electric control. System work sketch figure and electric control principle figure are given. Collocation and parameter setting of sine transducer are illuminated in detailed and the setting of key parameters are analyzed in debugging are analyzed. The practice shows that system collocation is simple, setting is convenient and running is reliable.
