Briefs the demerits of Rushton turbine and its bad effect.The author uses experimental data to prove that the new SRGT agitator may overcome the demerits of the former agitator and may increase the treated gas flow by three folds.The article also introduces the practice to use SRGT agitator to modify Rushton turbine.
