秋水仙素诱导普通番茄多倍体的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以普通番茄的三个品种为诱变材料,用0.2%秋水仙素溶液进行多倍体诱变。研究秋水仙素诱变对不同品种番茄的诱导效果以及变异株的形态学与细胞学变化。结果显示3个普通番茄品种均获得了四倍体材料。 Three tomato cultivars of Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.var.vulgare.were treated with 0.2% colchicine solution.We surveyed and researched the mutations of these mutant plants by morphology and cytology methods and inducing effects of different tomato cultivars.The results indicated that we got tetraploid plants of three tomato cultivars with different induction rate.
