通过选取了模糊综合评判法对2008年北京奥运会食品冷链配送模式选择进行分析,在综合评判法中采用了层次分析法确定评价指标的权重。文章首先分析了2008年北京奥运会食品冷链配送的模式和影响因素;然后描述了2008年北京奥运会冷冻冷藏食品配送模式选择问题,阐述评价指标体系的构建原则和使用步骤,并建立评价指标体系;最后进行实例计算,为2008年奥运会所需冷冻冷藏食品进行配送模式的选择。

This paper analyses the distribution modes selection of the food cold chain for 2008 Olympic Games with the method of fuzzy evaluation, and uses AHP to ensure the weight of the index. At first, the paper analyses the mode of food cold chain and influence factors. Then it illustrates the problem of mode selection of the food cold chain for 2008 Olympic Games, states the principle of index system of evaluation and steps to use and establish the index system of evaluation, In the end, this paper sets an example.
