发展浙西南山区农产品绿色物流的思考

Thinking on the Development of Green Logistics of Agricultural Products in Southwest Mountain Area of Zhejiang Province

浙西南山区是浙江省经济欠发达地区,素有"九山半水半分田"之称,农村人口占总人口的80%以上,农民经济来源主要依靠农业收入。近年来浙西南山区充分利用其优良自然环境,重视绿色农产品的开发,形成了浙西南山区食用菌、茶叶、高山蔬菜、水果、畜禽等特色和绿色农产品,但由于物流业发展滞后,绿色农产品价值难以实现,农民增收困难。论文结合浙西南区域特征及物流现状,从树立绿色物流观念、"共性资源"投入、物流模式选择、供应链管理、物流人才培养等方面进行了农产品绿色物流的探讨。

Southwest Mountain Area of Zhejiang is the less developed area in economy in Zhejiang Province. It is known as ＂jiushan-banshui-banfentian＂ which means that 90% of the area is covered with mountains, 5% water and 5% field. 80% of the prpulation are farmers, whose main economic sources are the income from agriculture. In recent year, people here have been making the most of its natural environment and paying great attention to the development of green products. As a result, many characteristics and green products such as edible fungi, tea, mountain vegetables, fruits, livestock and poultry and so on, have been developed. However, because of the stagnant development of logistics, the value of these characteristics and green products cannot be realized, thus the farmers still have difficulty increasing their income. This paper analyzes regional characteristics and current situations of logistics in Southwest Mountain Area of Zhejiang and deals with the development of green logistics of products, here from the following aspects： establishing the concept of green logistics, investing ＂ generality resource＂, choosing of logistics model, managing supply chain, cultivating talents of logistics, industry.
