Research on Urban Integrated Logistics Information Management Platform——Take 4E Information Management Platform of Shanghai Modern Transport & Business District as An Example

为了实现上海现代交通商务区发展的战略目标,并实现电子政务、电子商务、电子物流、电子交通之间的信息学共享和业务协同,文章提出一体化的4E管理平台设想,并对其总体框架和逻辑模型进行了深入研究。

To achieve strategic objectives of Shanghai modern transport ＆ business district, and to realize information sharing and collaboration among e-government, e-commerce, e-logistics, and e-fleet systems, this paper presents an integrated 4E Information Management Platform. The framework and logic model of it are then studied.
