摘要
针对施工企业工程项目管理存在的问题,从选准项目经理、加强外带劳务管理、优化人力资源配置及深化责任成本管理等方面探讨了如何加强工程项目管理,从而提高项目的运作质量。
Aiming at the problems existing in the construction enterprise project program management, it discusses how to strengthen the project program management from selecting the correct program manager, strengthening the external work management, optimizing the human resources configuration and embedding the duty cost management, to increase the operating quality of the program.
