摘要
指出并行工程方法由于有利于缩短项目完成时间,受到了较多的关注。近来的研究表明,该方法比传统方法具有更多的不确定性的主要原因之一是未预料的错误对相关活动的污染,关注并行工程方法下建设项目的返工,提出了基于返工的并行工程项目质量管理模型。
Concurrent engineering method has gained considerable attention in the construction industry due to its potential to reduce project completion time. However, recent studies have shown that it may actually introduce more uncertainty than traditional methods. One of the major driving forces is the corruption effect caused by unanticipated errors. Focusing on the rework of construction project under concurrent engineering method, this paper proposes a quality management model of concurrent engineering based on rework.
