The construction client's countermeasures for the carrying out tendering and bidding with bill quantity

结合我国当前的社会经济及建设管理体制的宏观外部运行条件,分析了工程量清单招投标推行初期的非理性现状,并以某体育馆工程为例,从业主的视角提出了现阶段工程量清单招投标模式下业主方的管理思路和措施,为建设项目的业主方工作者提供了一些借鉴和参考。

Considering the economic environment and construction management system in China nowadays, this research analyzed the status quo of the carrying out tendering and bidding with bill quantity. Based on the analysis of a practical construction project of a gymnasium, some concrete countermeasures from the point of view of clients were put forward. These could also be some references to assist the construction client in managing and organizing the projects.
