摘要
我国散居的少数民族约有3000万人,大力发展散居少数民族的特色经济具有重要意义。应当从积极培育特色主导产业,立足资源优势、发展特色农业经济,振兴传统民族工业、推动现代工业化进程,发展非公有制经济,做强做大清真食品产业等方面采取措施,大力加速散居少数民族特色经济的发展。
There are 30,000,000 people of all scattered minorities; it is important to develop special economy in such areas. In order to achieve this goal, we should support the main business with special traits, take advantage of resources, develop agriculture and industry, impulse modernization process, speedup public--owned economy, strengthen Moslem food industry, and accelerate the special economy of scattered minorities as a whole.
