中国的法治建设已经取得了一定的成就,但其中也存在着一些问题。一方面法律信仰还没能树立起来;另一方面,亲情观念也在逐渐淡漠,中国传统家庭的亲情思想面临着严峻的挑战。如何调和这一矛盾,如何使中国的法治建设朝着更完善的方向发展,则要求我们能进一步地思考与探索。

During the building of the rule of law in China, we have made a lot of achievements, but some problems also existed. The legal faith had not been built on the one hand, on the other hand, the traditional Chinese family kinship thinking faced with a daunting challenge. How to mediate this contradiction？ How to develop the rule of law toward the perfect way？ We should go on thinking and probing these questions.
