摘要 陈化时间对于产物的粒径尺寸以及电化学性能影响很大。研究了陈化时间对β型纳米Ni(OH)2的制备及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:陈化时间5h的产品振实密度最小;XRD分析产品具有β晶型,且由于(001)峰的宽化导致其具有更高的活性;TEM照片中可以看出,产品的形貌为针状,长100~200nm,直径在10~20nm。电化学性能测试结果表明,陈化时间5h的样品具有最高的放电容量,达253mAh/g。 The aging time had a great influence on the size and electrochemistry capability. We had studied the preparation and characteristic of β-phase nickel hydroxide and found that, 5 hours" aging time helped to prepare the sample with least tap density. The crystal was β-phase and had better performance than spherical nickel hydroxide through XRD. TEM was used to observe the particle size and morphology, the product looked like pins and 100-200nm long, the diameter was 10-20nm. By electrochemical capability test, the sample which had been aged for 5 hours had the highest discharge capacity of 253mAh/g.
