摘要
目的建立测定速感宁胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量的反相高效液相色谱方法。方法用Hypersil Kromasil C18色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（20：80：0．5），检测波长245nm，流速1．0ml·min^-1。结果对乙酰氨基酚的线性范围为0．3048～1．524mg·L^-1（r=0．9996），平均回收率为98．94％，RSD为0．24％（n=6）。结论该方法专属性强、操作简便。
Aim To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol in suganning capsule. Methods Hypersil kromasil Cts column was used with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （20：80：0. 5） as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was at 245nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1.Results The linear range of paraeetamol was 0.3048-1.524 mg·L^-1（r=0.9996）. The average recovery was 98.94% with RSD of 0. 24% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is specific and simple.
