2003～2007年间我院抗抑郁药的应用分析

Application analysis of antidepressants in the first affiliated hospital of wenzhou medical college in recent five years

目的了解医院抗抑郁药的应用状况及发展趋势。方法采用金额排序和频度分析、限定日剂量（DDD值）排序的分析方法对我院2003-2007年常用抗抑郁药的应用情况进行统计、分析。结果医院抗抑郁药的用药金额及用药频度（DDDs）逐年提高。结论非三环类抗抑郁药占主导地位，但价格低廉的三环类抗抑郁药仍被相当多患者接受，开发疗效肯定、价格适中、副作用小的抗抑郁新药将有较广阔的发展前景。

Aim To observe the current situation and the developing trend of the use of antidepressants in the first affiliated hospital of wenxhou medical college. Methods The antidepressants used in the hospital during 2003-2007 were analyzed statistically. Results Consumptive sum of money and DDDs of antidepressants were increasing by years, Conclusion Non-tricyclic antidepressants occupy the predominant position. But tricyclic antidepressants are still accepted by many patients for the low price. Developing new drug of antide-pressants with curative effect, rational price and small side effects will have vast development prospects.
