Analysis on Textual Coherence in Terms of Cognition

随着语篇语言学的发展,语篇连贯的重要性越来越受到重视。本文基于基本的认知机制如隐喻和转喻从认知角度探究语篇连贯。再者,建立在语义关联基础上的认知推理也能很好地解释语篇连贯。

Along with the further research of text-linguistics, more importance is attached to textual coherence. This paper mainly discusses how to analyze textual coherence in terms of cognition based on basic cognitive mechanical device, such as metaphor and metonymy. Further more, cognitive reference based on semantic relevance can also account for textual coherence.
