摘要
为探讨涡虫用于地表水环境监测的可行性,利用涡虫对水质变化敏感的特点,通过观察比较涡虫在I-V类地表中无性生殖和再生速度的变化。实验结果表明涡虫的无性生殖和切割再生与地表水质量密切有关,涡虫的无性生殖速度、切割再生速度在Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、Ⅳ类、Ⅴ类水中差异显著(p<0.05)。因此涡虫可作为水质监测的指示性生物。
To analyze the feasibility of monitoring the surface water quality using the Dugesia japonica. The asexual reproduction and the regeneration of the planarian in class I-V earth's surface water were observed. There were close relationships between the planarian asexual reproduction and the surface water quality,and the regeneration of the planarian was influenced by different sur-face water quality. The rates of the planarian asexual reproduction and the regeneration in class I-V earth's surface water were sig-nificantly different (p〈0.05). The planarian could be used to monitor surface water quality.
