摘要 采用热压成板工艺制备了聚丙烯-木纤维塑木复合材料,研究了聚丙烯与木纤维配比、木纤维的细度、粉体种类、不同表面处理剂以及增塑剂对聚丙烯-木纤维复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,适当的木纤维细度,恰当的助剂以及合适的配比可明显提高木塑复合材料的力学性能。当木纤维的细度为60目,且与聚丙烯的质量比为1:1时,加入适当的表面处理剂和增韧剂,可以得到具有最佳力学性能的木塑复合材料。 Wood polymer-plastics composites (WPC) have been intensively studied and used in many field. In this paper, the composites panel of polypropylene(PP) and wood fiber(WF) were prepared by mains of thermo-pressure process, and the influences of PP/WF weight ratio, wood powder size and type, as well as chemical additives on the on mechanical properties of PP-WF composites were investigated. The result showed that the mechanical properties of PP-WF composites can be improved at an appropriate PP/WF ratio. When the granularity of wood fiber was 60 mesh and amount of it reached 50wt%, the PP-WF composite with rela-tively good mechanical properties could be obtained in the presence of some coupling agent and toughening agent.
