Ecological Restoration On Mountain and Hills In West Anhui Province To Combat Water and Soil Loss

皖西山地丘陵区生态服务功能极为重要,但生态环境脆弱,水土流严重失,危害很大。多年来的治理虽取得了一定的成效,但还远远不能满足全面治理的需要。实施生态修复是从根本上解决该区水土流失的有效途径。为此要加大科技投入,建立健全生态补偿机制,全面实施生态修复工程,同时还要以小流域为单元,加大治理力度。

Ecological service function of mountains and hills in west Anhui province is very important, but in this area eco-enviton-ment is frial and water and soil loss is very serious, which has enormously imperilled large region. Some certain results of soil conservation have been obtained because the management has been done for many years, but it can not meet the requirement of full management. Implementing ecological restoration is an optimal approach to conserve water and soil. So, for fully implementing ecological restoration project, technology system and the ecological compensation mechanism must be established, meanwhile, enhancing integrated management of soil conservation in small river basins.
