本文根据吕梁市城区道路的交通调查数据,分析了中小城市的道路交通特征,找出了中小城市在交通管理方面存在的问题,并对这些问题的成因进行了具体的分析,最后有针对性地提出了中小城市的交通管理办法,希望能给国内相关城市提供借鉴。

On the basis of the traffic survey data in Lv Liang urban roads, the paper analyzes the traffic features and existing traffic management problems in small or medium-sized cities. After analyzing the causes at length, some effective and corresponding traffic management measures have been put forward for the benefits of relevant cities.
