汽车覆盖件成形加工生产目前主要依靠传统经验设计来制定冲压工艺、开发相关模具,具有相当大的随意性和不确定性。然而计 CAD、CAM 设计早已在汽车外形设计这一领域普遍应用,并已成为目前国内外车厂进行汽车造型设计的常规手段,缩短了设计周期,而且能够保证设计精度,降低了设计开发的成本。

At present, vehicle cover production mainly rely on traditional experience to decide stamping technics and develop related moulds, characteristic of at random and uncertainty. But CAD and CAM have been used widely abroad, it is a conventional means to shorten design cycle, ensure accuracy, reduce design and development cost.
