摘要
教学质量评价是教学质量管理过程中必不可少的重要方面。本文主要针对教学质量评价指标体系进行研究,目的是探索一种科学合理的教学质量评价体系,以供有关高校借鉴应用。教师教学质量评价指标体系由七个维度21个指标构成。SPSS多元回归分析所得到的标准化偏回归系数Beta值,被用来判断教师教学质量维度相对于对总体教学质量评价的影响程度。
It is indispensable to teaching quality evaluation in process of teaching quality management. Teaching quality evaluation indicator system has been mainly studied in the paper, in order to provide a more scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation system for universities. Teaching quality evaluation indicator system of teachers is composed of seven dimensions and 21 indexes. Beta value, gained by multi-dimension regression analysis in SPSS, is used to judge the influential degree of the dimension of teacher teaching quality on the quality evaluation of entirely teaching system.
