摘要
教师教学效能感是教师根据自己以往的经验对教育的理解,确认自己能有效地完成教学工作实现教学目标的一种信念,本文通过对教师教学效能感的概念、作用和影响因素的分析,提出了在新时期发展和培养教师教学效能感的措施,以希望对提高教师的综合素质提供一些借鉴和帮助。
Teaching efficacy refers to the teacher's confidence in himself, based on his experiences of the understanding to teaching behaviors, to effectively fulfill the teaching task and achieve the teaching aims. This article analyzes the concept, functions and influencing factors of teaching efficacy and proposes some methods to develop the teachers' teaching efficacy in the new age. It is expected that this article might be of help to the improvement of the teachers' qualities.
