摘要
本文采用红外光谱的方法取代碘量法测定了HNBR样品的总氢化率。另一方面,本文从NBR的微观结构出发,用红外光谱法研究了NBR在氢化反应中微观结构的变化,并提出了各异构体的优先氢化顺序。
his paper describes a method which can determine the total degrees of hydrogenation of the HNBR samples by infrared(IR) spectrometry instead of iodometry. The further work has been done in this paper for the first time,which the degrees of hydroge nation of the three isomeric units in the rubber can be determined respectively from the IR spectra of HNBR and NBR without a knowledge of the corresponding absorption coeffients.As a result.it is demonstrated that a preferential hydrogeation reaction among these three isomeric units will be carried on in the order of cis-1,4-unit>1,2-vinyl-unit>trans-1,4-unit.
