摘要
合理的浇注系统能有效减少铸造缺陷的产生.在浇注系统创新设计中要依据生产现场条件整体考虑;浇口杯应采用漏斗式结构,且不能过分地夸大其撇渣作用;适当增加直浇道的高度和横浇道的断面积,发挥其补缩作用;选用带热冒口集中浇注的浇注系统,减少球墨铸铁铸造缺陷的产生.
While the reasonable sprinkle pouring system can reduce the foundry objection,its creative design should take all into consideration. The moulding cup takes the funnel structure,not exaggerating its functions of putting dross aside excessively. The height of perpendicularity moulding passage increases and so does the cross section of the horizontal moulding passage, thus exerting its filling constringency function. The concentration sprinkle pouring system works with the hot opening, reducing the blemish of the globosity graphite cast iron foundry.
