This paper analyzes the development tendency of educational administration management system and its characteristics,and defines its functions. The modular concept incorporates the demands into basic information,educational administration management and information inquiry modules. The B/S-based pattern is discussed in detail. The system would provide with convenient management mechanism and help enforce the paperless educational administration management.
