非气腹悬吊式腹腔镜活体供肾摘取术三例报告 被引量：1

摘要 腹腔镜活体供肾摘取术时，传统气腹会对供肾产生不良影响。从理论上讲，非气腹悬吊式腹腔镜活体取肾，可避免气体压力对肾功能的影响：正确部位的悬吊，可获得足够的手术空间；通过取出供肾的小切口，可进行手术操作，从而缩短手术时间。
