作为社会意识形态的重要组成部分的宗教,对当前各地区、各民族、各国家都具有很大影响,也对价值判断、组织结构、公民社会、政治与民族关系,都将产生不可估量的巨大影响。在公共管理日益成为管理新范式的今天,宗教与现代公共治理也存在密切关系。宗教是影响社会乃至政府的因素之一,宗教带给每个人未来无穷尽的希望,能净化人们心灵,而且在维持社会稳定、全球事务方面也会产生很大影响。反过来讲,世界上大多数国家的政府都出台了一系列政策、法规来鼓励宗教进步,同时对宗教中的一些不利于经济发展和社会进步的因素加以限制,使宗教朝着健康的方向发展。宗教与公共治理是一个互动的过程。

Religion, as an important part of the social ideology, has a great influence on all peoples, regions and countries values organizations citizens, politics and the relationships between the nations. Today, as the public management has become the new paradigm, religion has much to do with the current public management. Religion is one of the great factors that influence the society and even the government. And it also can give people endless hope of the future, purge people＇s bad thoughts. Besides, it plays an important role ensuring social stability and the global affairs. Oppositely, the government of most countries in the world have all promulgated policies and provisions to encourage the religion and limited the factors in the religion that hinder the economic development and the social progress, making it develop healthily. In a word, religion and public administration is interactive.
