论警察执法的安全保障——以暴力袭警现象为缘起

Police's Safety While Enforcing the Law

随着警方打击犯罪力度的加大,暴力袭警现象频发,警察执法安全受到侵害。原因是多方面的,主观方面表现在警察的自我保护意识及警惕性差、警用装备落后、警察体能差强人意。客观方面表现在警察执法缺乏法律应有的保护、社会转型期各种矛盾冲突的结果和警力严重不足。解决的思路是加强警察实战训练,提高战斗能力,改善警察防护装备,依法使用警械武器,加强对警察执法安全的法律保护。

As the police strengther their fighting against crime, the case of assaulting the policeman by violence has been on the rise. This paper analyzed its subjective and objective reascns such as policeman＇s poor self-protection and physical strength, slack vigilance, backward equipmeat shortage of legal protection, of policeman and vaxious soual conflicts. It also put forward the correspmding solutions.
