Advances in tobacco smoke in-vitro toxicology testing method

摘要 综述了卷烟烟气体外毒理学测定方法的研究现状及发展趋势,并对采用体外毒理学方法评定卷烟烟气的基因毒性和细胞毒性的原理进行了简要介绍。 Methods of in-vitro toxicology testing of cigarettes smoke were reviewed. Principles of assessment of genotoxicity and cytotoxicity were introduced.
