花键轴涂塑设备及工艺改进

涂塑自动流水线用于我公司传动花键轴表面涂敷尼龙，其中的关键技术为流化床的设计、控制以及如何提高涂塑层结合力。不良的流化床将导致表面涂层的不均匀，严重时甚至会产生“死床”现象，即粉末完全失去流动性，导致生产无法进行。涂塑层结合力如无法达到相应的高标准将造成零件大量报废，同时也影响产品的使用寿命。攻克这二大难题，使原来因技术不过关面临报废的设备投入了正常生产，同时产品质量也上了一个大台阶，达到了国际上有关行业标准的最高要求，使我公司在花键轴涂塑领域处于国内领先地位。

Plastic Coating Line is used to coat Nylon on the spline surface, the design of fluidized bed and how to improve cohesion force are two key techniques. Abnormal fluidized bed can＇t gain high quality coat, sometimes the powder won＇t be fluidized again, we call it ＂Dead Bed＂, if so, the coating line have to be shut down. If the cohesion force can＇t meet high standard, there will be many waste parts, the life of product will be influenced too. Through overcoming these two problems, the coating line can be used again; and meantime the coat quality meets the highest industry standard. Nora our company＇s coating spline shaft is in the leading status in our country.
