基于DSP的变频压缩机PMSM数字控制系统 被引量:1

摘要 目前变频空调压缩机大多采用的感应电动机,效率低,变频控制比较复杂。本文介绍一种新设计的变频压缩机驱动控制器。该控制系统采用永磁同步电动机作为压缩机驱动电机,从永磁同步电机控制特性出发,引进转子磁场定向的无位置传感器矢量控制方案。在此基础上,研究了以TMS320F2801DSP芯片为控制核心的永磁同步电动机数字控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计,最后在空调样机上进行了实验,结果表明,该控制器工作可靠,稳定。 Presently, induction motor is mostly used for frequency--variable air conditioner compressor, but it has such drawbacks as low efficiency and complicated controller. So, a novel frequency--variable air conditioner drive controller is presented in this paper. First the control system selects PMSM as the drive motor of the frequency--variable air conditioner compressor and from the control characteristics of PMSM ,this paper gives the control strategy of sensorless field orientated control. Based on the strategy, the paper researches the hardware composition and software structure of the PMSM digital control with TMS320f2801 chips as its core, finally the system experimentalizes on the sample machine. The result shows that the controller is efficiency and stable.
