摘要
本文把空隙率和气相密度沿管子高度的变化当作连续过程,并从微分总压力降出发,然后在全管范围内积分,从而导出气液两相在气泡流情况下的总压力降模型为P1-P2=d-bcaclnd+acP1d+acP2+Zc该模型用于求垂直管内向上流动的气泡流压力降时初值要求不高,收敛快,且准确度高。
Based on the pressure drop of differential element and integration for the whole region, an equation for calculating the total pressure drop of gas—liquid two—phase bubble flow was derived as followsP 1-P 2=d-bcac ln (1+d+acP 1d+acP 2)+ZcIn doing this, the variation in voidage and gas density along the pipe were considered to be continuous. This model has the advantages of simpler calculation and higher accuracy when it is used to calculate the pressure drop of bubble flow in vertical pipe.
