警务实战行动,更应当充分发挥团队成员的作用。如团队中应有"协作掩护"精神,牢固树立"同伴安全,我才安全"的信念等。拓展训练的活动淡化了老师的作用,老师从站在讲台上传授知识转变为走到了学员当中与学员一起探索,一起分享训练带来的启示和感悟。

Activities in a expanding training dont emphasis teachers ＂participation. Teachers are stepping down the platform to join the classmates to explore and share the inspiration and enlightenment in the training.
