为了适应社会新形势的发展,公安院校研究生教育改革的发展重心,应该逐步实现由培养学术型人才为主向培养应用型人才为主转变,努力形成学术型和应用型高层次专门人才培养的合理布局。

To adapt the development of our society under new situation, we should define the orientation of development for graduate students＇education in public security college, and shift gradually from training learned persons to applied talents, so as to ensure a combined effect on a reasonable layout from both academic persons and applied students.
