摘要
针对云南境外赌博呈现出来的新特点,本文从历史沿革、人员构成、赌资来源等方面进行剖析,并重点指明查禁境外赌博的对策。
In view of gambling presenting new feature overseas in Yunnan province, the article has a detailed examination on the history, constitution, fund sources of gambling and etc. It also makes a point that how we shall take measures on smashing gambling in the overseas.
