数字证据具有潜在脆弱性。对"数字案件"第一时间做出响应的执法人员,担负着以简单、安全和符合诉讼要求的方式收集和保全"脆弱"数字证据,确保数字证据完整性的重任。以FRED为例提出对响应人员专用工具的四点要求。

Digital evidence is somewhat fragile. The executive person, who serves the first response to ＂ Digital Case＂ , is in charge of collecting and saving ＂fragile＂ digital evidence in a simple, safe and legislative way, in order to assure the integrality of it. This essay, making FRED as an example, poses 4 requirements to the special tool for the responding staff.
