摘要
针对GIS灰度遥感图像的特点,以香农无干扰编码定理为依据,提出了四叉树—算术编码,实验证明,本文采用的将遥感图像降熵与四叉树-算术编码相结合的压缩编码技术,在提高了图像压缩比的同时,基本保留了遥感图像丰富的几何信息,符合GIS应用的要求,是一种有效的压缩处理方法。
Aimed at the feature of GIS remote sensing image and based on the theory of Shannon noiseless encode, we suggest Quadtree- Arithmatic encode. It is proved that the compression-rate of remote sensing image is increased as long as we rebuild the image when it decompressed. It accords with the request of application of GIS. So this method is an efficient technology of image compression.
