分析了国外导航电子地图市场的发展概况和管理机制,以及我国导航电子地图市场的发展现状和存在的问题,在此基础上,进一步论述我国导航电子地图行业实行市场准入制度的必要性。
This paper analyzed the developing general situation and management system of navigation electronic map market of foreign countries. It also introduced the developing status and existed problems of navigation electronic map market in China. On the basis of the analysis, it discussed the necessity of the implementation of market access system of navigation electronic map industry in China.
