The Exlusive Foundation of the National Economy

对农业"基础"地位的认识,历来众说纷纭,尤其是关于农业"基础"地位原因的认识更是争论不休。本文认为,农业重要性的原因与农业"基础"地位的原因不同,农业重要性既源于农业内在原因,也源于农业与其他产业相关的原因,而农业"基础"地位的唯一原因仅源于农业的内在特点:农业独占人们衣食之源,生存之本的地位。

Since 1960 the Central Committee of the CCP convened meeting in Beidaihe,reiterated the judgment of 'The agriculture is the national economic foundation'. In 1962,after the Central Party Committee proposed 'take the agriculture as the foundation,take the industry as the leadership' as the national economy general policy,the concept of 'The agriculture was the national economy foundation' strikes root in the hearts of the people gradually. The economical theorists also have discussed it many times. Some people have cited 'Agricultural foundation theory' in Marx’s 'Das Kapital' as proof. On the contrary,some people raises the questions about it.This article carries elaboration on 'the agricultural foundation theory',and discusses on the policy of 'The agriculture is the national economy foundation' from which triggered a series of thinkings.
