摘要
介绍一种在常温下同时测定PVC塑料中多种光稳定剂的方法。该法用超声波提取法有效地提取PVC塑料中的各种光稳定剂,然后采用C18分析柱、紫外检测器,在高压液相色谱(HPLC)上分离测定提取物中的各种光稳定剂。所用超声波提取法的分析周期为1h,在C18分析柱上,采用梯度洗脱,可使PVC中各种光稳剂得到良好的分离、测定效果。实验结果表明,该法排除了繁琐的提取步骤,是一种比较简便、快速、准确的定性定量分析方法。
s The separation and determination of varied light stabilizers in PVC are described in this paper.The stabilizers were extracted from PVC efficiently by ultrasonic extraction,the ingredients of the extract were then seperated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with C 18 colum,ultraviolet detector,and then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively,with an analysis cycle of lh,the light stabilizers in PVC were well seperated in C 18 colum by gradient elution,and then for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The test results showed this method got rid of over elaborate extractions,being a fair simple,rapid and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis method.
