摘要
运用正交试验,对乙醇提取杏仁红衣多酚的条件进行了优化。考察了影响杏仁红衣总多酚提取效果的4个因素。结果显示,杏仁红衣总多酚的最佳提取条件为:体积分数为70%的乙醇作溶剂,料液比为1∶20,提取次数为2次,超声波提取时间为30min,在该条件下,多酚粗提物得率为15.8%,多酚得率为4.6%,多酚纯度为38.4%。
The extraction condition of almond polyphenol was optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that extraction times, ethanol concentration, ratio of raw material to solvent and extraction time through ultrasonic had significant influences on almond polyphenol extraction, of which the ratio of raw material to solvent exhibited the greatest effect on the extraction yield. The optimum extraction condition was: ratio of almond skin powder to ethanol-water (70%, volume part) 1 : 20 for 30 min for 2 times. Under this condition, the yield of polyphenol from almond skin was 4.6%, while the yield of crude extract and polyphenols content in the extract were 15.8% and 38.4 %, respectively.
