摘要
优选得到了用于混凝土中钢筋表面的环氧粉末涂料配方,同时对涂料的储存稳定性和物理力学性能、涂层钢筋的弯曲性、涂层钢筋与混凝土的握裹强度、加速腐蚀和海港现场暴露试验进行了研究,将优选粉末涂料与几种国内现有的防腐蚀环氧粉末涂料的有关性能进行了比较。
The formulation of epoxy powder coating for reinforcing bar was obtained by optimization. The storage stability, physical properties, bending durability of coating and the holding strength between reinforcing bar-and concrete were studied. Results of accelerated corrosion tests and exposure test on ocean showed that the coating had excellent corrosion resistance. The performances of developed coating with that of several native same kinds of coating were compared.
