摘要
研究了Ar/He和Ar/H2作为等离子气体的大气等离子喷涂(APS-Ar/He,APS-Ar/H2)和连续爆炸喷涂(CDS)三种热喷涂工艺的Cr3C2-25%NiCr涂层抗滚动接触疲劳磨损性能。试验证明,CDS涂层综合性能最好,三种涂层具有不同的失效机理。
Rolling contact fatigue performances of three kinds of thermal sprayed Cr3C2-25%NiCr coating were investigated. Worn surfacesand the cross section of original coatings vvere analyzed by SEM. Resu1ts showed that APS-Ar/H2 coating had more clear lamellae defects than that of other two kinds of coatings. When the thickness of the coating was equal to 200 μm, it had a long life than that ofCDS coating. It seemed that main failure mechanism for APS-Ar/H2 was strain fatigue, and stress fatigue for CDS. APS-Ar/He Coating had the shortest life due to its lower compressive strength. When the thickness was 100 μm or 50 μm, life of coatings becamemuch shorter, which was caused by lower coherence between the coating and the substrate.
