Ponderation on Status of Women Following Scientific Career in Guangxi

广西作为少数民族地区,由于历史和现实的诸多原因,妇女的科学文化素质普遍偏低,女性科技人才相对少,学术界高层女性稀缺。分析广西民族地区女性从事科技工作的现状和制约其发展的因素,以探讨广西民族地区女科技人员发展的途径。

Guangxi is a region with ethnic minorities. Out of historic and realistic causes, the scientific and cultural quality of women in Guangxi has been generally on the low side. And the women professionals of science and technology are relatively less, particularly in senior academic community. This thesis anatysed the situation of women engaging in science and technology in Guangxi, as well as the factors restricting their development, and discussed the development approaches.
