对统计误差的思考

Thinking about the Statistical Error

统计工作与统计误差总是相伴相随。通过统计误差的来源、分类,以及它的估计方法的分析,笔者认为统计工作中的误差是难以避免的。抽样误差通过对总体分层、增大样本量以提高样本代表性的方法予以控制;通过精心设计、有效实施、保证调查经费等手段尽量减少非抽样误差。

Statistical errors always occur accompanying statistics work. By analyzing the sources, classifications and estimating methods of statistical errors, we concluded that they could not be completely avoided. Sampling errors can be controlled through stratification, increasing sample size to improve its representative. Non - sampling errors may be reduced by careful design, effective implementation, and enough funding assurance.
