摘要
在新劳动合同法即将推出的敏感时期,许多企业采取了较为极端的规避手段,其中以通讯行业龙头企业的深圳华为技术有限公司(简称华为)的集体辞职事件引起了广泛的关注。在分析管理层节约有形成本动机的基础上,从人力资本成本以及社会责任成本的角度深层解读华为"辞职门"。
In the sensitive period prior to the introducing of the new Labour Contract Law, many enterprises evade the law by extreme means. The most concerned case is the mass resignation affair of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. (Huawei for short). On the basis of in- depth analysis on the management motivation of economizing tangible cost, this paper unscrambled the affair from the perspective of cost of human capital and social responsibility.
