新农村建设战略的实施彻底改变了农民的收支结构,并对农业、农村发展产生了重要影响。当前"三位一体"的农村金融体系过去没有解决农民"贷款难"问题,在新形势下面临着更大的困难。只有针对农村金融供求的新变化,增加金融供给、调整金融产品结构,才能较好地解决新农村建设所需要的金融服务。

The implementation of new rural construction strategy has completely changed the income and expenses structure of peasants, and has had significant influence on the development of agriculture and rural areas. The ＂trinity＂ rural financial system has not by solved the problem of peasants＇ ＂being difficult to get loan＂ in the past, and it faced more difficulties under the new situation. Only the aiming at the new change of rural financial supply and demand , increasing financial supply, adjusting the structure of financial products, can the financial service for new rural construction be well addressed.
